And I’m so ridiculously glad you’re here!

Before the profesh stuff, let me tell you a bit about myself. I’m married to my high school sweetheart and we have 2 beautiful daughters. I live in Tamworth NSW and love it! I love holidays (espesh Fiji!), movies, reading, spending time with my beautiful family, emoji’s in texts ;-) , every season and creating a simple life. I love being organised, my home and helping people.

My intuition has always been very strong. I have always been able to feel people (without touching them!), just by looking at them. I call this my Superpower as I have always been able to go deeper and pinpoint what they’re really trying to express, what they really want to say and how they really feel - and not just what they think is the ‘right’ thought or feeling. You know what I’m talking about!
I have always used my powers for good & I have helped a lot of people.

Which brings me to the profesh stuff……..

I’m an Intuitive & Empowerment Life Coach that loves to help support, motivate, encourage and empower people to achieve their dreams, desires and goals.

I love helping keep people accountable and cheering them on so that they can grow, develop, change, flourish and prosper in anything they set their mind to.

I’m your very own cheerleader who is here with unwavering support in a non-judgmental and uplifting way. It may sound cliché, but I REALLY want people to live their best life! Everyday!

To say I’m excited is a massive understatement! I have wanted to be a Life Coach for 21 years now! Not even kidding, that is an accurate figure! I have always loved people and am the go-to friend when anyone needs an ear, a shoulder, support, or some honest advice (filled with love of course!).

I LOVE challenging people to get out of their own thought box (and their own way at times) to be able to see a new possibility for them. I LOVE making people feel empowered and like they CAN do anything they put their mind to! I LOVE IT ALL!

Why has it taken me so long to do this then, you may ask?

Well, after high school, I went to Uni & got a double degree in Bachelor Arts / Bachelor Commerce, majoring in Psychology and Marketing respectively. Psychology is my jam as I’m so fascinated by people and why they do what they do (and also my intuition about them!), that I had to study it further!

I have then spent the last 14 years in the Family Law sector, practicing as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner doing mediations between separated parents to help reduce their conflict and develop parenting plans for their children. I have pretty much been informally coaching clients for the past 14 years – empowering them to make better choices, holding space, keeping people accountable, challenging them to identify where things may have gone ‘wrong’ and to think outside their own ‘box’ and supporting them in moving forward in a positive direction. I have absolutely LOVED my work in this field & found it very fulfilling as the changes in people as they moved through their process were often amazing.

However, my heart has never let go of my dream of having my own Life Coaching business. I completed the Beautiful You Life Coaching Academy course in 2017 and to say it was ridiculously amazing is an understatement! I LOVE LOVE LOVED it!

Fast forward to 2022 and I FINALLY listened to my heart and soul and said a big YES to following my 21 year dream! So I re-studied my course (I loved it EVEN MORE the 2nd time round, which I didn’t think was possible!) and here I am!!

I am BEYOND ready for this amazing new chapter in my life. I have been called to this work for a very long time now and I NEED to be here for my people!
